By plane: take the shuttle bus to the train station

By train: From the train station to Via Graziosa it is 40 Minutes walk, all uphill. Less demanding alternatives are: a) a taxi, they are directly in front of the trainstation b) the Minimetro until terminal “pincetto”. From there it is a leasurely walk of 15 minutes crossing the city center c) the bus Number C to piazza Fortebraccio, from there only few steps to Via Graziosa, but the bus takes some time

By car: strongly discouraged. Perugia is not build for cars and it is a nightmare to find a parking place. Best solution. Keep the car at Pian di Massiano and come to city with the minimetro. Otherwise there are various parking facilities in the center. The price is around 17€/day

Arrival Arrangements: ..We will be there to welcome you. Please phone, when you are 30 minutes away from the house. We need your ID and we need to register your stay with the local police. We also have to cash in the tourist tax of 1,50 per person and day. We will have time to answer all your questions

The House: Nixy and I bought this flat in 2020. We renovated it completely without destroying the character. We lived there until August 2024. “Graziosa Bed&Bottle” is not a hotel. The decoration is not of one style and one making. There is furniture from second-hand shops and there are design pieces, which make together a unique atmosphere. Wine Tastings: we organize wine tastings. We run an “enogusteria” on the groundfloor of the house, where you can buy wine and where we organize tastings. We sell packages (“bed&bottle”), but all our house guests have a 10% discount on all tastings.

Garibaldino Restaurant: Around the corner, on corso Garibaldi, there is the garibaldino restaurant. They are our friends and we like their cooking. Umbrian flavours, unpretentious, correct price/quality ratio. In the flat you will find a Voucher that gives you 10% discount at Garibaldino during your stay.
