Our method of evaluation

We don’t rank restarants, bu we evaluate dishes and put them into categories:

5 – a flawless dish with a kick

4 – a flawless dish

3 – a good dish with a comment

2- we don’t like

1 – back to the kitchen

We wamt to emphasize that most of our own cooking would be alllocated in cat3 🙂
