From 2024 on we will host days of tasting experience. These will be exclusive events accessible only for 1-4 participants. Dates and activities can be agreed with the participants.

We will do a personalized planning for every event. We will meet online to plan the events of your stay. Here is an example:

day 1	1 pm	Arrival at Buonrespiro 37
	3 pm	Welcome Cocktail and Introduction of the Program	…at the cave, in the courtyard or at the fireplace
	5 pm	Visit of Farm “La Cerchiara”, Salami Tasting	Andrea Purgatori produces finest “norcineria” from free ranging pigs and a formidable pecorino
	7 pm	Dinner at Restaurant	You are not on your own! We select place and we explain dishes. If the weather is nice, a night walk could be included
day 2
	8-10 am	Breakfast in the garden or at the fireplace	Italian Breakfast  Cafè, Cappuccino, pastries…You get enough ham and cheese over the day
	10 am	Orvieto tour, Cathedral Shopping, St Andrea underground	Did you know that Orvieto has more than 2500 years’ history++++. In St. Andrea’s underground you can see the different layers. Shopping for ceramics is a daunting task, but we know the good producers
	1 pm	Light lunch at Orvieto
	3 pm	Visit to \”Le Velette Winery\”	They are our long standing partner and produce not only the legendary \”Accordo\”, but a range of fine but affordable wines
	6:30 pm	Wine tasting \”Orvieto Classico Superiore”  with food	5 of the best Orvieto Classico Superiore will be served. Bites and dishes from our garden and \”dispensa\”. At the cave, in the courtyard or at the fireplace. You should not need further dinner.
Day 3
	8am	Breakfast
	10 am	in summer Boat Tour on Lago Bolsena, Drinks at the lake and snacks in winter visit of Bolsena	Walk from the Podere to the Lake. In Summer possibility of a swim
	5 pm	Introduction to Umbrian wines
	6 pm	Winetasting Umbria Top	The top bottles of Sagrantino, Gamay del Trasimeno, Grechetto, Trebbiano Spoletino and Orvieto classico.
	8 pm	Dinner in an Italian family	This will be a very rewarding experience. Home cooking in Italy is on a very high level.
Day 4
	8 am	Breakfast
	10 am	Visit of 26 winery	Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon , Grechetto and a food surprise
	3 pm	Cheese Tasting tour	French flavours from Umbria: a visit to the secondo altopiano farm
	8:30 pm	Dinner: the flavours of TheBuonRespiro	The dinner is a walk through the Buonrespiro Vegetable production and products from farmers around. It follows the seasons. It will be rich and accompanied by the appropriate wines
Day 5	8 am	Breakfast
	11 am	Wrap up and orders	You can order everything what you have tasted. We ship it to you
	1 pm	Departure
