We hold a great deal of admiration for individuals who operate a restaurant, especially those working in the kitchen. Cooking proficiently at home is one thing, but executing the same level of skill in a restaurant setting, under the pressure of numerous orders and requests, is quite another. Despite the challenges, some individuals excel in this demanding environment more than others.
We do not assign rankings to restaurants, but instead, we evaluate dishes and classify them into different categories.
