Chily, Ginger, garlic coconut milk. little shrims the rosa coloured from the mediterranean. Panfry first the scallops and the shrimps, put them apart, in the same pan prepare the sauce, when the sauce is ready add the seafoood, save in the shells, 300g shrimps for 4 scallops
