It is a flat occupying the top floor of a house built around the 13th century, newly decorated inside. We have good views of the old city from windows facing 3 different directions, because there’s no building nearby higher than us. We have a particularly spectacular sunset from the kitchen window.

We are located in the historic center, less than 100 meters to the Etruscan gate, and less than 300 meters to the ancient Roman aqueduct. 

A  few steps to via Garibaldi which is the venue place of various events such as natural wine tastings with the winery people,and festival of DJ and discs.and you can find diversified restaurants on the street, from Chinese restaurant to Greek takeaway, even an African restaurant, and of course traditional Italian restaurant and pizzerias. Just around the corner id our favourite place, the Garibaldino Restaurant.

Every Friday there is a farmers market in the neighborhood, just in the little plaza in front of the Etruscan gate.

The flat has about 70 sqm with a beautiful big living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Obviously there is high speed Internet access. The flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but the bed widths are 1.2 meter and 1.4 meter, so there is place for 4 persons, but..

The flat has a powerful central gas heating system, but no air condition. In summer you will appreciate windows on three sides of the flat that you can open for ventilation.

We call it “Rooftop” apartment and it is under the roof, so one has to climb the staircases to the 3rd floor, there is no elevator.

You get the flat clean from us and you give it back to us as it is after your stay. But during your stay we don’t provide cleaning, but we can assist you to find a cleaning person if you need
