One of the great Umbrian Whites, the Orvieto Classico surprises in two aspects particularly. It’s variety and its capacity to age. Different soil types (volcanic, calcarian and clay) governs quite different taste profiles. The variety of grapes as components in addition to Grechetto and Trebbiano Toscano contributes also to these exciting differences.
