The Rooftop Apartment
It is a flat occupying the top floor of a house built around the 13th century, newly decorated inside. We have good views of the old city from windows facing 3 different directions, because there’s no building nearby higher than us. We have a particularly spectacular sunset from the kitchen window.
We are located in the historic center, less than 100 meters to the Etruscan gate, and less than 300 meters to the ancient Roman aqueduct.
A few steps to via Garibaldi which is the venue place of various events such as natural wine tastings with the winery people,and festival of DJ and discs.and you can find diversified restaurants on the street, from Chinese restaurant to Greek takeaway, even an African restaurant, and of course traditional Italian restaurant and pizzerias. Every Friday there is a farmers market in the neighborhood, just in the little plaza in front of the Etruscan gate.
The flat has about 70 sqm with a beautiful big living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Obviously there is high speed Internet access. The flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but the bed widths are 1.2 meter and 1.4 meter, so it will be more comfortable if each bed only has one person on it.
The tasting cellar is in the basement of the same building.

- We have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but the beds are basically 2 single beds.
- the flat is on the 3rd floor (if you consider the ground floor is floor 0), without an elevator.
- There is no air-conditioning in summer
