Tasting Lunches

We organize tasting lunches to combine wine an food. Our cooking is eclectic influenced by both, our Umbrian present and our Chinese roots.  we want to create a special experience: showing that wine and food enhance each other when correctly paired.   We enjoy ourselves in preparing traditional  Italian 4 course menus, but we are doing also Chinese style served buffets. There is a minimum participation of 4 persons and a maximum participation of 10. The events take place in our residence,Villa Orfei. The dining area sits 10 and that is our limit. For everything else,we are flexible.
