Grenache (Garnacha) is an important grape in Southern France and Spain. In Italy, there are some expressions of Grenache, especially Cannonau in Sardegna. Also in Umbria this grape is present as \”Gamay del Trasimeno.

For years we are working with Duca della Corgna on the marketing of their \”Divina Villa\”. In July we toured Sardegna and sampled Cannonau. We now are organizing a combined tasting with 6 Cannonau and 3 \”Gamay del Trasimeno\”. Our special guest will be Massimo Sepiacci, the President of Duca della Corgna.
